How do you secure my payments?

You'll know when you enter this area because the small yellow padlock appears in the bottom right hand corner of your browser. The other indication is in the address bar. When you enter the secure area of the site, the background of the address bar will turn dark yellow. You'll also notice that http:// is replaced by https:// (the 's' standing for 'Secure').

Your internet browser provides visual indications that you are inside a secure site and that all data transferred is securely encrypted.
Shipping Information
We offer Fedex and USPS shipping service. Customers will be able to select the most convenient shipping for their order. The shipping cost is calculated dirctely from Fedex and USPS systems.
Orders are usually received within 5-7 business days, depending on the receiver location.
Most orders placed up to 1:00 PM MST business day will be shipped the same day after payment verification, however it may take up to 2 business days to process your order.
Fedex does not deliver to PO Box. Please be sure to provide a physical address if FedEx is your selected carrier. 
Sales Tax (Texas Residents only)
Applicable state sales tax will be added to all orders shipped in the State of Texas.

We make every effort to keep all items in stock. However, occasionally some items may be temporarily out of stock. If an item is not in stock we will hold your order until all the goods are in stock so we can ship your order complete.  If you need your order at a certain date please contact us by using the contact form.  Be sure to include your order number.
Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless the item delivered is materially different from the description in the details, or is defective in any way.
Because all sales are final, a 15% restocking fee will apply on all defective returns customer DOES NOT wish to receive a replacement item. Original shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE and will be deducted along with the restocking fee when refund is given. This policy is in effect because we are more than happy to REPLACE the defective item for you! Why? Claiming "defective" is the easy way out of a restocking fee just because you don't want the item. If it's defective, and reported within 5 days, we will replace it, repair it or replace just the part defective.
