Redline offers free email tech support for up to 5 years from the purchase date to the original owner. However, if the machine is older than 5 years or was purchased used, free tech consultation is no longer available.

If your machine is still under warranty, you have free email support. However, we do not provide free phone calls. If you want to speak with one of our technicians via phone call, there is a $100 fee for up to 30 minutes.

This 30-minute tech support consultation does not guarantee a fix, but it can help diagnose the problem and try to find a solution for your machine.

We only provide video calls during business hours, Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm
