Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless the item delivered is materially different from the description in the details, or is defective in any way.

Since all sales are final, a 15% restocking fee will apply on all defective returns if the customer DOES NOT wish to receive a replacement item. Original shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE and will be deducted along with the restocking fee if refund is given. This policy is in effect because we are more than happy to REPLACE the defective item for you! Why? Claiming "defective" is the easy way out of a restocking fee just because you don't want the item. If it's defective, and reported within 5 days, we will replace it, repair it or replace just the part defective.

Clearance items : All SALES ARE FINAL. No Refunds or exchanges will be given unless purchase items fall into the category listed above.
