If I place the order today when I will receive it?
During weekdays, all orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Mountain time, are sent same day. USPS priority mail takes 2 to 4 days to deliver, and UPS will take between 1 and 5 days to deliver, depending on the location. International orders will take 5 to 15 days to be delivered.
Can I place an order over the phone?
No, we are able to keep our low prices by keeping our costs low. For that, we do not have personnel that take orders over the phone.
How safe is it to pay over the internet?
Nowadays, payment over the internet is very secure. We take Visa, Master Card and Discover, which are protected by Secure socket layer (SSL). We accept PayPal.
When will I get the confirmation for my order?
You will receive an automatic e-mail letting confirming your order and invoice number. When your order is shipped, you will receive another e-mail with the tracking number..
How do I cancel my order?
Not always is possible to cancel an order once it is submitted.However, if by any reason you want to cancel an order, please send us an e-mail to our "Report a problem with my order" mail address. If the order has not been sent we will cancel it.
What are the shipping methods for Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico?
All orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico can be shipped UPS Priority mail.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes
If I place an international order do I need to pay import taxes or brokerage fees?
Importation fees vary from depending on the country. It is important to know what are the import cost and regulations in your country before placing an order.
How do I change the shipping address of my order?
This is not always possible. However, if you need to change the shipping address on your order and this has not been shipped yet please e-mail us. Select "contact us" from the menu and then select “I have a problem with my order” button.
How can I track my order?
Just go to the main menu and click “track my order” then, enter your order number and your last name.
What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

Can I use your thread in my embroidery machine?
Our Metro Embroidery Thread works well on industrial, semi-industrial, commercial and most home base embroidery machines.
For a better reference, consult your machine’s owner manual or contact your dealer.
How good is your thread's quality?
Our thread is built with the highest standards in the market and it is ISO 9001 Certified.
Is your thread 100% Polyester?
Yes. Our Metro Embroidery Thread is 100% polyester 40w.
Do you carry rayon, metallic and reflective embroidery thread?
Not at this time.
Will you have more colors available in the future?
We are not expecting to add colors in the near future.
Can I get a free sample to try your thread?
In order to keep our low price our policy does not allow us to send any free samples to any of our customers.
