If I place the order today when I will receive it?
During weekdays, all orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Mountain time, are sent same day. USPS priority mail takes 2 to 4 days to deliver, and UPS will take between 1 and 5 days to deliver, depending on the location. International orders will take 5 to 15 days to be delivered.
Can I place an order over the phone?
No, we are able to keep our low prices by keeping our costs low. For that, we do not have any personal that takes orders over the phone.
How safe is to pay over the internet?
Nowadays, pay over the internet is very secure. We take Visa, Master Card and Discovery, which are protected by Security socket layer. In addition we take PayPal and Google checkout, whose offer a secure payment process.
When will I get the confirmation for my order?
Normally when you submit an order you will receive an automatic e-mail letting you know your order, and invoice number. Then, by the time we ship your order, you will get another e-mail letting you know the tracking number.
How do I cancel my order?
Not always is possible to cancel an order once it is submitted.However, if by any reason you want to cancel an order, please send us an e-mail to our "
Report a problem with my order" mail address. If the order has not been sent we will cancel it.
What are the shipping methods for Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico?
All orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico can be shipped UPS Priority mail.
Do you accept international orders?

If I place an international order do I need to pay import taxes or brokerage fees?
Importation fees vary from depending on the country. It is important to know what are the import cost and regulations in your country before placing an order.
How do I change the shipping address of my order?
This is not always possible. However, if you need to change the shipping address on your order and this has not been shipped yet please e-mail us. Select contact us from the menu and then select “I have a problem with my order” button. There is no guaranty but we will do our best.
