Inventory
We make every effort to keep all items in stock. However, occasionally some items may be temporarily out of stock. If an item is not in stock we will hold your order until all the goods are in stock so we can ship your order complete. If you need your order at a certain date please contact us by using the contact form. Be sure to include your order number.
Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless the item delivered is materially different from the description in the details, or is defective in any way.
Because all sales are final, a 15% restocking fee will apply on all defective returns customer DOES NOT wish to receive a replacement item. Original shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE and will be deducted along with the restocking fee when refund is given. This policy is in effect because we are more than happy to REPLACE the defective item for you! Why? Claiming "defective" is the easy way out of a restocking fee just because you don't want the item. If it's defective, and reported within 5 days, we will replace it, repair it or replace just the part defective.

For Purchases over $2,000 we only accept wire transfer.
We do not accept personal checks. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Shipping Information
We offer Fedex and USPS shipping service. Customers will be able to select the most convenient shipping for their order. Also, we offer the shipping rates before you enter your personal information. The shipping cost is calculated dirctely from Fedex and USPS systems.
Orders are usually received within 5-7 business days, depending on where the items are being shipped to.
All in stock orders placed up to 2:00 PM MST will be shiped the same day after payment verification.
Fedex does not deliver to PO Box. Please be sure to provide a physical address if you select Fedex.
We do not ship C.O.D.
